ข้อมูลการทำธุรกรรม: สถานะการชำระเงิน วันเวลาที่โอนชำระ และรหัสอ้างอิงธุรกรรม (หมายเหตุ: เว็บไซต์ของเราไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลหมายเลขบัตรเครดิตเต็มจำนวนหรือรหัสผ่านธนาคารของคุณ ข้อมูลการชำระเงินทั้งหมดจะถูกประมวลผลผ่านระบบ Payment Gateway ที่มีการเข้ารหัสความปลอดภัยมาตรฐานสากล)
ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคและประวัติการใช้งานระบบ (Security & Fulfillment Logs): หมายเลข IP Address, ประเภทเบราว์เซอร์, ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์, เวลาที่เข้าสู่ระบบ และ บันทึกประวัติการคลิกเปิดดูรหัสสินค้า (Timestamp Log เมื่อมีการคลิกแสดงผลคีย์ซอฟต์แวร์หรือลิงก์เปิดใช้งาน)

2. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลของคุณภายใต้ฐานความจำเป็นในการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาซื้อขาย (Contractual Necessity) และผลประโยชน์อันชอบธรรมในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของแพลตฟอร์ม (Legitimate Interest) ดังนี้:

เพื่อการจัดส่งสินค้าและบริการ: ใช้ส่งมอบคีย์ซอฟต์แวร์ทางอีเมล การเปิดสิทธิ์ใช้งาน และการจัดส่งสินค้าพรีออเดอร์ให้ถึงมือคุณอย่างถูกต้อง
เพื่อการตรวจสอบความปลอดภัยและป้องกันการทุจริต (Anti-Fraud): สำหรับสินค้าราคาสูง เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อคัดกรองความปลอดภัยทางธุรกรรม นอกจากนี้ ข้อมูล Log การคลิกเปิดดูคีย์จะถูกใช้เป็นหลักฐานอ้างอิงสถานะสินค้าตามที่ระบุไว้ใน นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน (Refund & Returns Policy)
เพื่อการดูแลลูกค้าและบริการหลังการขาย: ใช้ตรวจสอบประวัติการสั่งซื้อเพื่อช่วยเหลือด้านเทคนิค การเปิดใช้งานลิขสิทธิ์ และการเคลมประกันสินค้า
เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพของเว็บไซต์: ปรับปรุงความเสถียรของระบบตะกร้าสินค้าและการแสดงผลหน้าเว็บไซต์ให้รวดเร็วอยู่เสมอ

3. การใช้งานคุกกี้ (Cookies)

ขอระงับการใช้งานบัญชีหรือขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ทั้งนี้ ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเก็บบันทึกประวัติธุรกรรมที่สำเร็จแล้วและ Log การรับคีย์ไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานทางบัญชีและการระงับข้อพิพาท)
